"... the idea of the Fichtenberg Carré was to group the houses as an ensemble along a wide and deep garden. This deep garden acts as a long peer where each house docks and fits with their differentiated volumes and sizes into the courtyard landscape..."
Dipl.-Ing Frank Schiffer, responsible Architect, Berlin
The Fichtenberg Carré in Berlin Steglitz, this cosy green quarter in the centre of the city, offers stylish and green living in a Berlin quarter alive with traditions from the Wilheminian Era. In the Rückertstrasse 11 your dream of individual living surrounded by nature comes true. Amid a stylised landscape of parkways and courtyards with an old tree population the four multi-storied buildings of the Fichtenberg Carré form an ensemble that captivates with its classy appearance of light cream-coloured plastering, large fenestration and splendid wainscots. In contrast to the even exterior, the ideas for the interior design of each building are very diverse. Specific demands for living are reflected in the design.
The Balcony-Flats are modern apartments characterised by particularly large balconies and roof terraces where you will enjoy an open view on to the green surroundings. The two-storied maisonette-apartments of the Garden House offer an equal close proximity to nature as well as an exclusive comfort of living. The apartments of the Atelier House are situated on different levels of the building. Here, elevated living spaces are turned into extravagant centrepieces. And for our clients who do not wish to let the advantages of a grown city quarter go amiss for owning a house surrounded by nature will find a home in one of our comfortable Town Houses, complete with garden and parking space close to the block.
All 31 accommodation units in the Rückertstrasse offer airy and generous living space. With a high-end interior design it will satisfy even the most demanding. An urban-quality of life surrounded by nature - two opposite concepts closely linked at the Carré. The four buildings adjoin a walkway with open green space as well as a flower garden with water basins and thus form a square at the centre of this building ensemble. While this creates a feeling of lively urbaneness, the residents can enjoy peace inside the rooms and on the outside of the Carré, as well as an open view on to green of the park.
The implementation actually carried out based on the design proposals, planning documents, 3-D visuals presented of the buildings in this brochure may differ from these latter in terms of what is found in reality, including the design and the surface area.
Presented materials, brands, and pieces of equipment are illustrative design proposals only and may vary as needed. Upgrades of implements and equipments are of course possible and will then give rise to an additional charge.
